A stronger AI model is not automatically a safer or more trustworthy system. Model alignment is essential, but it is not a replacement for operational governance. A model may analyse evidence, identify missing information, prepare options and propose an action; separate controls must determine whether that action is supported, authorised, permitted and safe to execute.
Một mô hình AI mạnh hơn không tự động tạo nên một hệ thống an toàn hơn hoặc đáng tin cậy hơn. Căn chỉnh mô hình là thiết yếu, nhưng không thay thế quản trị vận hành. Mô hình có thể phân tích bằng chứng, nhận diện thông tin còn thiếu, chuẩn bị phương án và đề xuất hành động; các kiểm soát riêng biệt phải xác định hành động đó có đủ căn cứ, đúng thẩm quyền, được cho phép và an toàn để thực thi hay không.

This is the CEAPEV pathway being developed within RI-ECOSYS. Technical success after execution is still not enough: the intended real-world outcome must be verified, recorded and capable of review or replay.
Đây là lộ trình CEAPEV đang được phát triển trong RI-ECOSYS. Thành công kỹ thuật sau thực thi vẫn chưa đủ: kết quả thực tế dự kiến phải được xác minh, ghi nhận và có khả năng được rà soát hoặc tái hiện.
RI-Assistant Core remains under development and testing. It is not presented as a fully production-ready autonomous system. Current work is establishing reliable evidence routing, authority controls, failure handling, execution receipts and verified outcomes before operational capability is expanded.
RI-Assistant Core vẫn đang trong quá trình phát triển và kiểm thử. Hệ thống không được giới thiệu là một hệ thống tự động hoàn toàn sẵn sàng cho production.
